The Story of the IVR Lady

 

Consumers have major trust issues when it comes to Telecom providers. They always feel like they're being overcharged and that their credit is always stolen. This is most apparent the minute they hear the IVR message "sorry, you've run out of credit". In an attempt to gain trust, Vodafone launched the mini bill, that would give users a detailed SMS showing them how their credit was spent. And we chose none other than the IVR woman to deliver this message.
